While thousands stood in line to have a chance to look like a complete loser after being told by producers how great they sang, how they would totally get through, then they were made fun of, there was over 20 people "pre-screened" who did not stand in line, but walked into the building with their "people" at their hips. These are many of the taped people who you watch make it to hollywood. The film, re-film and again re-film a person walking into a room. This "contest" is not America's choice, as I've known since season 1 when I tried voting for one of the worst people and found that their phone line was not activated, while Kelly Clarkson's and that Justin guy's were. No this show is a disgrace to any real singer out there. No true artist would even want to be featured on this show, even for free publicity, because when it comes to idol they own you from day one. I can’t support watching this show from working the auditions.
