Also, receive dance card alerts: song link, choreographer, contestant and music style for each routine as they happen live.And as soon as the show ends, you can vote for your favorite contestants right on your mobile phone app.

Everything is becoming an app now as the existence of “programs” is already “old school.” I know with a phone and tablet, and the soon to be released Windows 8 with the “app” term referring to all things “program,” I guess I’ll join the bandwagon. I have the new SYTYCD app now too, right next to my Dish Remote Access app on my phone and two tablets. As much as I love SYTYCD, I like watching when I’m away from home using my Sling Adapter and Dish Remote Access App my Dish coworker turned me onto. The live and recorded TV on the go makes my life even better since I can watch more TV than I could just at home. Besides, what good is the SYTYCD app if I don’t watch the show, right?
