Believe it or not, Top Chef: Texas is down to the final two: Paul and Sarah. As they prepare to commandeer a Vancouver restaurant, where they must cook up a knock-out four-course meal for the judges and some surprise guests, they’re going to need some quality sous chefs to win the title tomorrow night, aren’t they?
Well, that’s where the eliminated contestants will come back into the kitchen – sort of. In a cruel twist of redemption, the chef’testants who have had to pack their knives and go (and even a few who were just shy of making the final cut of chef’testants) will return to compete in the finale as a sous chef for one of their former adversaries. Hey, might even boost their damaged egos a bit!
While we’ve seen previews for the finale that may hint to us who wins the opportunity to be sous chef, we’re still excited to see some of our favorite previous contestants like Ty-Lor, Chris C., Grayson, Nyesha and more back on our TVs! Here’s a preview of what to expect:
It also appears that Emeril Lagasse and Tom Colicchio will be donning the role of mentor and sommelier at some point during the finale. For a glimpse of them serving wine and wisdom to Paul and Sarah, check out the clip below!
Top Chef: Texas season finale airs Wednesday, February 29 at 10/9c on Bravo.
