USA Network is home to some of our absolute favorite TV series, so when we heard they’d be released an original movie, we were left celebrating and anticipating the result. But we don’t have to wait too much longer now because Certain Prey, starring Mark Harmon, premieres Sunday, November 6 at 9/8c.
The movie centers on Lucas Davenport (Harmon), the Deputy Chief of Police for the city of Minneapolis, who doesn’t need his job for the money but loves what he does. When he is called to the murder scene for a fellow cop, he quickly becomes involved in the case as he chases a hit woman and a murderous lawyer. As the two try to cover up their crimes, the body count grows and Davenport must do what he does best – break all the rules to nab this deadly duo.
We admit, considering we love USA, we love a good murder mystery and we love Mark Harmon, this already seems extremely promising. What could make it better? Well, how about getting the Mark Harmon mood all day long with an NCIS marathon starting at 10 AM and running up to the movie premiere. The last episode of the marathon will be a never-before-seen episode from the eighth season of NCIS.

Certain Prey is based on the novel of the same title by bestselling author and Pulitzer Prize winner John Sandford. It is the tenth novel in the series, which includes over 20 bestsellers.
