Monday’s Emmys Madness
E! Online made a good point today when they noticed a certain person was strangely missing from one important part of the awards show. Taxi star Jeff Conaway has passed away this May, but did not make it into the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards “In Memoriam Segment.” Although they did not show one last night, we have provided you a tribute video above. This one depicts, in our opinion, Conaway’s most famous and adored role…
“A lot people are very curious as to why I’m a lesbian—ladies and gentleman, the cast of Entourage,” remarked Jane Lynch at the Emmys last night. She introduced not only the cast, but a new problem with a fellow Entourage cast member. Kevin Dillon responded to Lynch’s quote by saying, “”It was funny, but I think it’s not fair at the same time,” Dillon told me at HBO party at the Pacific Design Center. “We all have good senses of humor but I think the men of Entourage treat women well for the most part…” I wonder if he watches the show?
Charlie Sheen chose a great opportunity to make amends last night when he made this speech: “Good evening. Before I present Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, my old category, I want to take a moment to get something off my chest and say a few words to everyone here from ‘Two and a Half Men.’ From the bottom of my heart, I wish you nothing but the best from this upcoming season. We spent eight wonderful years together, and I know you will continue to make great television…”
Missed the Emmys and want to find out who won? We will give you a hint to won the most awards… rhymes with Dodern Tamily. Doesn’t hurt that the new Modern Family season premieres this Wednesday at 9/8C on ABC. Tune in this Wednesday and click HERE to get a list of all of last night’s winners…
