The Closer - 9 PM TNT - Season Premiere

TNT's record-breaking series returns for one final season to bring its extraordinary seven-year run to an end.

Kyra Sedgwick returns as Los Angeles Deputy Police Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson and the drama will be high right from the start with Brenda tangling with her nemesis, lawyer and suspected rapist-murderer Philip Stroh. But just because it's the end doesn't mean things are getting any easier for Brenda… when she pulls a shock-and-awe courtroom maneuver that may jeopardize an entire case and will definitely put her at odds with the new DA.

Perception - 10 PM TNT - Series Premiere

As an eccentric neuroscience professor who is recruited by the FBI to help solve complex cases, Dr. Daniel Pierce is certainly one of the most unique crime solvers on television. Especially because he's not just eccentric and brilliant, he also suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. The combination certainly gives his intimate knowledge of human behavior and a masterful understanding of the way the mind works a helpful home in these cases.

But there's much more to be learned about the cases and Dr. Pierce, himself, when his former student Kate Moretti is the FBI agent who keeps pulling him back into the world of the FBI. We've caught the first episode and we're already hooked on this dynamic new series and vibrant new duo.

Eric McCormack and Rachael Leigh Cook lead the cast that also features Kelly Rowan and Arjay Smith. Be sure to tune in tonight for the first episode when the professor zeros in on the death of a pharmaceutical executive and find out just how promising this new series is for yourself.
