Mayte Garcia Interview

Kristyn recently spoke with Mayte Garcia, who stars in the new reality show HOLLYWOOD EXES premiering on VH1 this June. The show follows Mayte, who was married to "Prince" for 4 year, and the ex-wives of Eddie Murphy, R. Kelly, Will Smith and Jose Canseco through the emotion and drama. The 10-episode series will follow the women as they establish their own lives apart from their famous exes. Hollywood Exes "want to show the world that they are more than just a trophy wife with a pretty face."

Mayte hints that this season we will see her aspirations in acting, her love of belly dancing, and possibly a new love interest. She emphasizes that girls support each other as they struggle with heartbreak and attempt new careers since they are remarkably similar. Mayte says that "even after a high profile marriage we still have aspirations and careers and things that we want to do"

The season sounds like it will be filled with excitement, drama and bonding and should be a fun new show for the summer. Listen below for the full interview.
